CEPS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED WORK PACKAGE 4 ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CORE-ED ACADEMY PROJECT

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project CORE-ED Academy, the University College “CEPS – Center for Business Studies” Kiseljak, together with the partner institutions, successfully implemented all activities envisaged under Work Package 4, aimed at the development of competence-based curricula, joint training programmes, and modern learning methods in the field of correctional pedagogy and work with juveniles within the justice and social protection systems.

During the implementation, frameworks for new academic and professional programmes were developed, along with modular content based on defined competencies, e-learning approaches, knowledge assessment systems, and models of practical and work-based learning. CEPS actively participated in the development of teaching content, teaching methodology, adaptation of courses to the national context, as well as in quality assurance activities and the dissemination of project results.

As a result of the successfully implemented activities, the consortium delivered two key project deliverables: Methodology for the Creation of New Curricula (D4.1a), including the Assessment Methodology and Quiz Bank (D4.1b), which defined the methodological principles for the development of new curricula and standardized approaches to the assessment of learning outcomes, and the Complete Package of Training Guides and Manuals, which includes learner guides, teacher and trainer manuals, train-the-trainer guidelines, and materials supporting practical learning and cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations.

Through the implementation of Work Package 4, CEPS and the partner institutions made a significant contribution to the modernization of education, the strengthening of professional competencies, and the improvement of the quality of training in the field of correctional pedagogy, while developing sustainable digital and practical learning models aligned with European standards and labor market needs.
